Do my guests need to download an app?
No. Guests scan the QR code with their phone's camera and SnapNexus opens in the browser. No app, no account, no OTP.
What do I need for the live wall?
Any screen that can open a web page: a smart TV, a laptop connected to a projector or LED wall, even a tablet. Open your event's wall link and leave it running.
Can I choose how photos show on the screen?
Yes, on every plan. Choose a fullscreen slideshow, two photos side by side, a grid, a big spotlight with the latest photos around it, or Auto, which adjusts as photos come in. You can also set how long each photo stays and where the QR code sits. Changes reach a running wall within seconds.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every new host gets 1 hour of live wall time for free. Nothing to pay and no card needed. Trial walls show ads. Upgrade to a paid plan to remove them.
Can I see it working before I sign up?
Yes. Open the live demo on your laptop, then scan the QR code on it with your phone. Your photos appear on the demo wall.
How do I pay?
By UPI. When you upgrade, you'll see a UPI QR code you can pay from GPay, PhonePe, Paytm or any UPI app. Then enter the UPI reference number, and we switch your plan on as soon as the payment is confirmed. That's usually within a few hours.
What if someone uploads something inappropriate?
You'll see every upload in your dashboard as it arrives. Hide it from the wall or delete it with one tap.
How do I get the photos after the event?
From your dashboard, download the whole gallery as a single ZIP file with one click. Then share it with the family, the client, or your photographer.
